Cornucopia is a small grocery store, bakery, and cafe in downtown Galesburg, located on Seminary Street, near the Seminary Street Pub and Chez Willy's. It offers a very wide range of organic and vegetarian foods, spices, bulk food, imports, cheese, and health food, as well as the best bread and pastries in town. They also offer a deli, and freshly made sandwiches.
Service is excellent, and they will be happy to order you a case of anything you might want.
Cornucopia often employs current and former Knox students. If you're looking for a good job with good bosses, try there.
