Galesburg Public Library

The Galesburg Public Library is fairly small and unremarkable, as public libraries go. It is, however, another place to go when Seymour fails to meet your fiction needs. It has a very nice children's section, though if you hang out there too long, you might start to feel like a creeper. They also run the Tech Tutors program and have a decent amount of volunteer opportunities.

It is just a short walk from campus, at 40 E Simmons Street, and the people there are quite nice and helpful. Membership is free for Knox students; all you need is your school ID to get a library card (though bringing a driver's license or personal ID as well is deeply appreciated).
