Sigma Alpha Iota is an international professional women's music fraternity. It was founded in 1903 at the Univerisity of Michigan Ann Arbor School of Music by seven amazing women. Knox College is the home of Psi chapter.

Sigma Alpha Iota is an organization which promotes interaction among those who share a commitment to music. Members of SAI are active in all areas of campus music and campus life, working closely with faculty, administration, campus and community groups, music professionals and patrons. In addition to personal encouragement and support, members may receive scholarships, loans and awards in many areas and at all levels of music-related study. Sigma Alpha Iota has long been recognized as a leader in the field of music and provides a lifetime of fraternity contact. Members of Sigma Alpha Iota, in college and alumnae chapters, devote their talents and energies to many national and international projects including those of Sigma Alpha Iota Philanthropies, Inc.

SAI performed an a cappella cover of the Queen classic, "Bohemian Rhapsody," for the Greek Week No-Talent Show. It rocked. They are also well known for selling Singing Valentines and Mother's Day Grams, which many students buy to embarrass their friends or make their mothers cry.
