There is an amusement park in Monticello, IN, called Indiana Beach. The mascot of this park is a crow, whose signature line is, "There's more than corn in Indiana."

He lies. However, country singer Lyle Lovett (and his Large Band) found Indiana's corn interesting enough to write a song about. "Up in Indiana" is the seventh track off 2007's It's not Big It's Large and declares Indiana to be a place where the tall corn grows and one can do a little thinking about a girl named Rose.

Top 5 most worthless states in the country, home of the cesspool that is Gary, IN. Even worse, the home state of Dan Quayle.
