A pathological liar and serial abuser, Sugai usually decides to leech off of the resources of Knox College because he can't get a real job (pulled a little *whoopsie* and wasted thousands of dollars worth of grant money while manipulating the head of the bio department). Usually hangs out with freshmen or people who haven't learned what a gigantic piece of shit he is. Avoid at all costs.
