Why are students scared of La Mesa? This seems kind of racist to me.

The frequent drug deals, fist fights, and often-shady characters have something to do with it. I doubt that race has anything to do with it whatever. Keep in mind that many Galesburg residents are resentful of the mostly wealthy student body. --Ocarina 21:36, 23 September 2007 (CDT)
