The Lincoln Chair is a chair in Old Main which once supported the ass of the Great Emancipator. It's a show-stopper on tours.

History[edit]

Lincoln sat there before climbing through a window to have his debate with Stephen Douglass.

^Actually he sat in it before the debate at the mayor's house and it was later given to Knox...

The tour guides make all the prospies sit in it while on their first tour of Knox. It isn't that comfortable. One theory states that Roger Taylor has installed a sensor under the cushion of the Lincoln Chair, so when a prospie parent sits on it, Roger can rush out of his office and engage him or her in conversation.
