270 West Tompkins is currently Tree House, where fun is had by all. Known for throwing three of the best parties of the 2009-2010 school year: Awkward Middle School Dance, The Pajamarama Sadie Hawkins Sock Hop Spectacular, and Prom. During Awkward Middle School Dance, Tree House's living room floor was broken.
Tree House is perhaps most well known for The Rule. As outlined in the Official Tree House Constitution (penned by Sam Martone), all residents of Tree House must make out with someone on the porch of Tree House between the hours of 12 am and 5 am at least once per term. Furthermore, any students who spend the night at Tree House as non-romantic guests must also find someone to make out with on the porch at the designated hours. There is an intricate scoring system. Those who do not complete The Rule must buy booze for the house. The residents of Tree House plan to continue following this rule next year, despite no longer living in 270 West Tompkins.
Senior Derek Hayes is currently banned from Tree House for refusing to comply with The Rule.
