Twelfth Night was the mainstage production during Winter term 2012. Directed by Liz Carlin-Metz, it was notable for being the first mainstage in several years that included a significant musical element, including singing.

The play was staged in Italy during the Carnival season, rather than the 12 days of Christmas. The music was composed by Sam Brownson and the choreography by Kyla Tully. During the show's final performance, Lawrence Breitborde appeared as the accordion player, much to his confusion and the audience's delight.
