Skank
A skank is related to a skunk, but instead of being a small, furry creature that smells terrible it is a girl who thinks she should leave as little to the imagination as possible. Generally, these girls will be "self-conscious" and constantly ask whether or not they look like a skank. Lie to them and say they don't, otherwise they will not talk to you. Unless of course not having them talk to you is what you are going for, then tell them that they do look like a skank. They will often run up to you at parties to lie to you about how drunk they are, enhancing the idea perpetuated by their clothing that they are easy.
Skanks may also be referred to as scantily clad.
The male equivalent of "skank" is "skeezer," (also called a "skeeze") though for many men this is not considered pejorative.
