Kelli is the queen of flunk.
Her last name is not spelled like reefer.
Kelli Refer is currently the Safety and Services committee chair of Student Senate and the Co-leader of SASS with Ellen Vessels.
In the Fall of 2006 she studied abroad on the ACM Florence program.
She has blonde curly hair and a magenta RAZR. She will always talk to you about art history or feminism. Trains have also become an interest of hers since starting at Knox College.
