This is not the Common Ground Collective, the Hurricane Katrina Relief group from New Orleans, LA.
Common Ground is an alliance for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, or Transgender people and their allies on campus. Jokingly referred to as the "Sandwich" community, due to the fact that GBLT looks like a gay Bacon Lettuce and Tomato sandwich.
