Julia is a 73 year old woman. She was born in 1936. Her body stopped developing at age 19 and here she is today. Her humor is dark and dry (deadpan, if you will). This, combined with demureness, leads her to fail to acknowledge the existence of those around her regardless of familiarity. When she finally speaks to you, her voice is monotone and unexcited.
