Neil Phelps (the guy with the mohawk) is a member of Phi Gamma Delta, and rocking it. He is a talented upcoming actor at Knox, having played the main character of Hippolytus in Phaedra's Love. He is also an incredible dancer who has performed in both Terp shows, despite being only a freshman.
