One may frequent this establishment before/after intoxication and rarely otherwise, unless you need cigarettes for an all-nighter.
The family that owns it is rather nice. However, this does not mean that it is advisable to walk there alone after dark.
Knox tried to buy Quick Sam's, but, due to the huge profits made off Knox students buying alcohol and cigarettes, the asking price was one million. Needless to say, Knox did not end up buying Quick Sam's.
