Neil Phelps once had a mohawk and still is a member of Phi Gamma Delta. He is a talented actor, with credits including Next Fall (Luke), The Caucasian Chalk Circle (Azdak), and Under Construction (Ensemble). He's a good dancer too, and a nice and trustworthy guy.
During Rep Term XVI he played a corrupt judge, because everything was typecast. More importantly, he played a tiger because he was typecast.
