A sysop (or "editor" or "administrator") is a user on The Wiki Fire that has a few special privileges, such as the ability to delete and protect pages. Very few people (called bureaucrats) can promote users to sysops.
How they are selected[edit]
Basically, if a bureaucrat notices that a user has been doing a lot of good, dedicated work to the site, s/he will offer the privilege to them. If you think you would like to be a sysop, e-mail the editor and include your reasons as to why.
