Godsil is a professor that seems to possess all the characteristics that make the professors at Knox so wonderful. He is: approachable and encouraging; seems to know everything about photography - both digital and film; willing to spend time to help students out and organized. He has the ability to critically shape his students ability to make photographs, and gives them the tools to know what a good photograph is from a bad photograph.
Godsil loves photography and has taken many stunning photographs, mostly using extremely long exposure time with his large format view camera.
