This is after Marchish occurs.
Also, flunk day should not happen here, because april showers bring may flowers and if we didn't have may flowers there would be no pilgrims, no Plymouth Rock, no manifest destiny, no Civil War and no Knox College to stand in the face of oppression. Long story short, April is too wet for Flunk Day.
