Monica Berlin graduated from Knox in 1995 and currently teaches in the English Department.
In 2003 Monica was awarded the Philip Green Wright-Lombard College Prize for Distinguished Teaching, considered to be the highest honor that the Knox faculty confers upon its members.
In 2007 Monica won a young alumni achievement award from Knox, and her poems have been published in many places, including Manthology, although she is not a man.
In 2009 Monica received tenure and was promoted to Associate Professor. She also serves as the Associate Director of the Program in Creative Writing.
Monica is an extremely nice person. She will offer you coffee and cupcakes, and then look adorably sad if you do not accept them.
