Neil Phelps (the guy who no longer has a mohawk) is a member of Phi Gamma Delta, and rocking it. He is a talented upcoming actor at Knox, having played the main character of Hippolytus in ''Phaedra's Love''. Neil Phelps (the guy who no longer has a mohawk) is a member of Phi Gamma Delta, and rocking it. During Rep Term XVI he played a corrupt judge, because everything was typecast. More importantly, he played a tiger because he was typecast.
