They eat seeds and other grassy stuff in order to save the animals, the environment, and their circulatory systems. They don't eat meat, but they do eat animal products, like honey and cheese. Vegans don't. Knox has lots of both of these kinds of people. They can usually be spotted shopping at Cornucopia or the organic section of Hy-Vee.
