Neil Phelps

Neil Phelps (the guy who no longer has a mohawk) is a member of Phi Gamma Delta, and rocking it. He is a talented upcoming actor at Knox, having played the main character of Hippolytus in Phaedra's Love. He is also an incredible prancer who has performed in the only two Terp shows ever, despite being only a freshman. He is a very nice and trustworthy guy, that sometimes falls prey to jealous people that want to bash him because he wrote his own WikiFire page.
