Jazz house

Jazz House is a two story home next to apartments. It houses nine students, preferably members of the Knox Jazz Ensemble or jazz combos; however, in recent years a lack of interest has placed several non-musicians into the house. During Rootabaga jazz festival guest artists stay in the jazz house.

Parties

Jazz House parties are most commonly noted for loud, percussion heavy, experimental music performed by members of the Knox Jazz Ensemble, campus bands (such as Nightlife and Wolf Blitzer, and out of town groups.
