Are WOI at colony status?

How many members do they have? Also, what are their plans for this year (2007)?
I have no idea, but you can ask Tiffany Bradley; I think she's the colony president.
I don't think she's the pres.
- shrug* She seemed to be in charge, but like I said, I don't know very much about the group.
I honestly don't think it matters if someone is the pres or not, it's who does the work and leads the best.
