Helmut Meyer

Helmut Meyer is Knox's own awesome Austrian. He cooks us things, and sometimes yells at us. His handwriting is basically illegible, but when you can read his responses to comment cards, it's usually pretty hilarious.

If you ever get the chance to work with him, DO IT. He's a good-natured dude, and loves to give away leftovers. He'll also send you the recipe to make whatever it was you ate in the caf last night if you send him an email.
