Sarah Lund is the best friend you will ever have, should you be so lucky. She has been on and off Knox campus and in and out of Galesburg but is always in our hearts. During her time at Knox she participated in pretty much everything worth doing. She could usually be found in the HRC or in the company of HRC people. She is also an amazing vegan baker! She currently resides in Chicago and grudgingly serves starbucks coffee to the masse. She also happens to be rocking a pretty sweet hair-do these days.
