Neil Phelps

Neil Phelps (the guy with the mohawk) is a member of Phi Gamma Delta, and rocking it. He is a talented upcoming actor at Knox, having played the main character 'Hippolytus' in 'Phaedra's Love'. He is also an incredible dancer who has performed in both Terp shows, despite being only a freshman. He is a very nice and trustworthy guy, that sometimes falls prey to jealous people that want to bash him.
