Red Light District is a theme party held annually in the first few weeks of school by Tau Kappa Epsilon.
As with most TKE parties, the guys get together to brainstorm as to "How can we get girls to wear as little clothing as possible?"
Red Light District is, at least, a straight-forward theme: girls dress as prostitutes and guys dress as pimps.
