The Galesburg Community Arts Center, or the Galesburg Civic Arts Center, is a three story facility run by the Galesburg Civic Art League. The Civic Art League was founded in 1923 and was first operated out of vacant storefronts, the Galesburg Power building, the public library, and the YMCA's old community lounge, before the current building on 114 East Main Street was acquired in 1965.<ref>https://www.galesburgarts.org/about<r/ef>

The Community Arts Center hosts exhibitions and events, holds classes, and sells art form local artists and members. It is also the venue for Knox's annual ongoing Jazz Night shows, which took place there every Thursday in the 2023-2024 school year.

The buildings upper levels are being remodeled as of 2024.
