Housing lottery

The process through which student housing is decided. Students are assigned a number based on credits completed (as in, seniors have lower numbers than sophomores), and the seniors end up getting the best housing. Done in the spring, it is probably a flawed system and might be revised in the future. Craig Southern deals with it all.
