Kelli is the queen of flunk.
Her last name is not spelled like reefer, but for the most part it should be.
Kelli Refer is currently the Safety and Services committee chair-elect of Student Senate and the Co-President of SASS with Ellen Vessesls.
She has blonde curly hair and a magenta RAZR.
