Located at 60 Public Square and more commonly known as "that big church on the square," it was constructed in 1897-98 when the First Congregational Church merged with the Old First Church, which had previously occupied the site. It features lots of lovely stained glass windows and a Romanesque design, styled after Trinity Church in Boston.

Knox students are typically familiar with the church because of its role as a venue for musical performances. It is also the source of the lovely carillon music you may hear from time to time.
