'''Representative Stephanie Tubbs Jones''' is a [[Democrat]]ic [[U.S.]] congresswoman representing [[Ohio]]'s 11th district, which includes [[Cleveland]] and Shaker Heights.  She is best known on the [[Knox]] campus for her appearance on [[C-SPAN]], in which a frozen frame of her face, in an embarrassing pose, was stuck on Knox's C-SPAN transmission for the better part of [[Spring 2007]].  The audio broadcast was unaffected, so one could listen to [[Raul Grijalva]] get through the morning's unanimous consent bills while Rep. Jones' face burned a hole in your retinas.
