I was one of the above seniors. At 12:09 we witnessed Jack Moore walk into the UB office. We watched the office until 2:00 AM and he had still not emerged. The lights in the office remained off for the entire 2 hours. <== Could he have snuck out???? <--- no, unless there is more than one door to the office.
