Great sense of humor, full of sarcasm, and always excited about teaching/research... He was one of those professors whose PowerPoint slides were actually entertaining and helpful at the same time. He was able to lead discussions in a huge intro to bio class which doesn’t really happen in other intro courses.
Now, he's a professor at Loyola College in Maryland where he seems to love what he's doing.
Letting Dr. Thompson leave Knox can be categorized as the biggest mistake in the history of the Biology Department.
