Tompkins used to be an apartment complex before Knox bought it. It now consists of 3 and 5 person apartments, which usually seniors live in. Nicer than Exec but not as nice as Hamblin. If you live there, live upstairs, not downstairs. Also, beware, the person living in the single room in the 5 person apartment will have to walk through one of the double rooms to get to the bathroom. So you better know those people REAL well.
