Emily is currently a Post-Bac at Knox working with the Spanish department. She graduated Cum Laude in 2006 with a major in Spanish and a minor in English lit. She is married to Jim Fanjoy and they had a sweet wedding on Rock Island, WI.
Currently Emily is enamored with knitting and has been working with a delightful lady from Bishop Hill to hone her skills.
She has the coolest hair ever.
