New Orleans (NOLA) was a beautiful city in south Louisiana, surrounded by Lake Pontchartrain, the Mississippi River and the Gulf of Mexico. Since Hurricane Katrina, it's more like two cities--one thriving area full of jazz, cajun food, and vomiting tourists, and one ghost town wasteland where mortals fear to tread.
