Dan's page has existed in a libel gray area since it's creation. This may be a situation in which we must make a decision. Is publishing that somebody makes out with people libelous? If Dan does not want this published, then it should be taken down without questions. But if he does not mind (or does not know) is it OK? Questions of libel
Dan's page has existed in a libel gray area since it's creation. This may be a situation in which we must make a decision. Is publishing that somebody makes out with people libelous? A friend made most of this current entry, which seems to be in good sport. the STD bits were a bit tasteless (although by a different friend) but as it stands, I'm fine with the representation as presented here (although the jowling picture...man.)
