Minnesotans make up the backbone of Knox. Most of the finest Knox students hail from the North Star State. Examples include Mike Boettcher, Dan Sundquist and Zack Stephenson.
Knox Minnesotan's are very nice people, hence, the phrase "Minnesota nice".
