A visiting instructor in the Philosophy Department, Dan Wack (sometimes referred to as "Daddy Wack") was arch-nemesis of Martin Roth due to incompatible philosophical outlooks. Dan Wack is currently on the way to achieving tenure. Many undergraduate girls have been known to think he's totally dreamy.
Years at Knox: 2005 to present. That is to say, Martin Roth had held philosophical precedent for two years before his departure.
Dan's areas of focus are aesthetics, ethics, and philosophy of film.
Education
Dan Wack is currently ABD at the University of Chicago, and received his B.A. from Amherst College in 1995. He went to Clayton High School in Clayton, Missouri.
