Yummy raw fish. Not always raw though. And not always fish, either. Contrary to popular belief, "sushi" actually refers to vinagared rice, which is usually topped with other ingredients, such as cooked or uncooked fish, or vegetables.
You can't find good sushi in Galesburg. However, the C-Store just started stocking some fake sushi, which is okay.
