You will learn a lot as an Ed Major at Knox. Knox's program is special in that you are in classrooms starting in 204 and continuing through all of the 300 level classes. The profs are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. You can get them to tell you great stories, just ask and listen. While many of them won't enforce due dates, don't wait until the end of term to get everything done...you'll regret it.
 
 
You will learn a lot being an ed major. Well, eventually when you get out of the Ed Department and start actually teaching.  
 
 
 
The best piece of advice for anyone thinking about becoming an ed major: avoid taking History of Education ([[EDUC 202]]) with [[Jim Vandergriff]] as much as possible. Jim himself recommends you do this as he says "all I do is talk at you."

Educational Studies - Elementary is a course of study offered through the Educational Studies Department. It includes one major. The department is located in GDH.
