The Department of Theatre and Dance put on a production of Shakespeare's "As You Like It" during the winter of 2006.
Style
The style was very 60s and the play took part in two worlds: a stark corporate world and a colorful revolution world. The forest dwellers of the revolution were dressed like hippies contrasting them with the suits of the corporate world.
The Hoot Hoots
The show had a live band, The Hoot Hoots, that played rock-and-roll cover songs during pre-show and intermission as well as original music put to lyrics provided in Shakespeare's text.
