Talking politics means having sex. The origins of this phrase stem from a particularly wild porn-watching party at Tasha Coryell's apartment and are closely related to the reason Dan Dyrda now refers to the poli-sci faculty as "Professors of Love."
Talking politics can also mean to discuss an issue that is of a social or economic nature.
