Questions of libel

Dan's page has existed in a libel gray area since it's creation. This may be a situation in which we must make a decision. Is publishing that somebody makes out with people libelous? If Dan does not want this published, then it should be taken down without questions. But if he does not mind (or does not know) is it OK? This is more of a theoretical question concerning the future of the site than a question about Dan. Please add your thoughts. Tfooq 18:28, 13 May 2007 (CDT)
