Art History (major)
This major allows advanced study in Art History.
Courses Required for the Art History major[2]
10 credits:
- Six credits in Art History courses
- Three credits in Studio Art courses, at least one of which must be at the 200-level
- ART 399A (Senior Research in Art History)
Two credits outside the department may be counted with instructor permission
Art History (minor)
This minor allows for intermediate study in Art.

Studio Art (major)
This major allows advanced study in many aspects of Studio Art.

10 credits:

- Sculpture:
- 3 credits in 200-level Art History, at least one in the 20th century
- A senior show
Two credits outside the department may be counted with instructor permission. For Studio Art and Art History double majors, no more than two courses may be used to satisfy both majors, and one of the Studio Art major's Art History credits must be replaced with one of the following courses: DANC 260, ENG 363, PHIL 211, PHIL 246, or THEA 123.
Ceramics (minor)
This minor allows for intermediate study in Studio Art, focusing on Ceramics.
