Dave Lavender

Dave Lavender has worked as a Public Services Assistant at Seymour Library since 2018. He is a strange yet endearing man who loves music, gardening, Taco Bell, and Adin Simon. If you come into the library when Dave is working he's likely to strike up a conversation with you, and before you know it an hour has passed and you know way more about Nine Inch Nails than you did before you walked in. He worked for a radio station in Burlington, Iowa for almost 30 years and has a lot of fun stories if you have the time to ask. Everyone you meet will have nice things to say about Dave, and they're all true.
