Mud Pit Protection Oath

The Oath taken by residents of Conger-Neal. The Oath is as follows:

As a resident of Conger-Neal, I now take this oath. By the power vested in me, by the Knox College Students, Administration, past Guardians of the Mud Pit, and by Lincoln, I solemnly swear that I will dig and protect the Mud Pit under all conditions. By my shovel, I will use honor and love in order to protect the tradition of the Mud Pit. Under these conditions I will serve as a Guardian of the Mud Pit or so help me Lincoln.
